By accessing or using SFDS Network, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

To use certain features of SFDS Network, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

SFDS Network reserves the right to moderate content and enforce these terms. This may include:

Community moderators may also enforce these terms within their communities, subject to oversight by platform administrators.

SFDS Network is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. SFDS Network may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the community or platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SFDS Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated through the platform.
