FSDC
The Fraternity of the Crown of Thorns (FSDC) is a fraternal organization of local Catholic men dedicated to promoting the reign of Christ in St. Louis through reparation, civic devotion, and prayer.
Inspired by the exemplary Christian polity of St. Louis the King, to promote the Social Kingship of Christ in St. Louis—i.e., to make ever more visible in our City the reign of Christ and the patronage of St. Louis.
Reparation
Consoling the Royal and Most Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Most Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart of Mary through Reparation for Sin, particularly public sins committed by persons in positions of the public trust in St. Louis.
- weekly public Rosary at the feet of St. Louis
- sponsoring the Patronal Mass for the Holy Crown of Thorns on August 11th each year
- private recitation of the Collects for the Crown of Thorns and St. Louis the King (daily)
Piety
Promoting religious & civic piety, especially the worship of Christ the King, devotion to St. Louis the King, and the history of our city.

- working with the St. Louis Forever Festival Organization for the Festival on August 25
- promoting the Feast of St. Louis as an official city holiday
Fraternity
Fostering brotherhood among traditional Catholic men in St. Louis, and among all St. Louisans.
